The Role of Motivation In Human Resource Management

This paper deals with the role of motivation within the Human Resource Management activities with the focus on two countries, the United States and the Czech Republic, and their attitudes towards this issue. Its main aim is to prove that employees' motivation plays an important role in the business environment and that its lack can have an undesirable effect on company's performance. It also wants to prove that the cultural environment has a great effect on practices that are used to enhance employees' motivation.
