The Six Levels Of Delegation
Source: EPR Resources
This is all about how supervisors assign activity and responsibility in the organization. For EPR Resources the term supervisor is used when talking about a person responsible for assigning and overseeing the activities of another employee. For example that can include the CEO, department managers, project managers, and the front line supervisors. If one agrees that employees have different levels of responsibility for different tasks this paper is for the one. It can clarify not only what is expected in relation to managing that employee in that task, but what they, or one, need to do to move them to either more responsibility or less responsibility in any task.
