Theoretical And Practical Aspects Of PPP Projects

The paper deals with the problems of experiences of Public Private Partnership projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. The convenient investment possibilities of private firms, optimization of the firms' investment portfolios, lack of public finances, quality of public services are problems of nowadays. The aim of this paper is to show the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of using the knowledge and experiences of the private sector during implementation and financing of public sector projects - Public-Private Partnership projects - PPP projects.
