Tips and Trends for Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection

There are now 13 industry sectors classified as critical infrastructure. Identifying the assets, which collectively constitute a critical infrastructure sector, is not always easy to define. Regardless of the sector, however, securing any critical infrastructure from the constant and varied threat of terror requires flexibility, cooperation, and an understanding of unique challenges. This article addresses critical infrastructure protection and homeland security, to include issues concerning information sharing, public policy considerations, cyber security, and corporate responsibility.
