SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a GWAC program office that provides IT procurement services, through their research, they determined that the best server and storage solution to accommodate his requirements and provide the required server stability, capability and storage. They chose Mainline Information Systems, to overcome these challenges. They recommended solution consisted of two IBM POWER 520 servers and two IBM System Storage DS4700s, one set for production and one for use at a remote site for back up and data recovery, as well as application development. Their solutions increased speed, reliability and serviceability, with higher availability and flexibility. Increased consistent and predictable performance.
