Source: Norwegian University of Science and Technology
The authors present here work on developing ePH, which is a framework for building of a dynamic user community that shares public interest information & knowledge, which is accessible through always-on context-aware services (Location-based included). The authors introduce here unde.ro, a geo-spatial search and tracking environment that has been developed to support ePH, and gipix-102B, a GPS-based module for location-based services. ePH aims to be a framework around a user-centred digital library that stores regional information and knowledge and that boosts a self-developing community of transnational users around it. The content will be accessible through always-on contextual services.
