UPH a New Approach in Location Management System

The increase in the usage of cellular and communicable electronic goods has made a new revolution in pervasive computing. Due to the fast transportation the mobility has also vastly increased, so the cellular movement can not be controlled. Therefore, locating the mobile users is a great challenge in cellular networks. In this paper, the authors propose an intelligent approach by taking the User Profile History (UPH); to reduce the location update cost. The synergistic integration of different soft computing tools is best demonstrated in this paper for location and mobility management in cellular networks.
