Most software relates to information systems that are developed for the needs of companies. Testing of such systems involves the employees of the relevant organization even though they do not have specific IT knowledge (non-IT testers). Non-IT testers are quite ineffective because they don't know much about testing as such, and because the system that is being tested and the process of testing it are too complicated. This paper proposes usage the principles of agent-based modeling which have been studied and used in the AI world, because they are meant for situations in which the operations of complex systems are to be modeled.
