View the Financial History and Financial Summary of an Account Record in Business Contact Manager
When one's accounting system and Business Contact Manager for Outlook are integrated, one can view a list of transactions and the financial overview of an Account. The financial history includes the date, type, and amount of a transaction. The financial summary includes the customer's balance and payment information, a sales summary, and other financial details about the Account. This financial information remains in the accounting system, not in Business Contact Manager for Outlook.
