Visual Floorset Automation to Drive Accuracy

The customer, a large US-based fashion retailer with over 1000 stores, updates its visual floorsets on a weekly basis. The update process being manual, lacked accuracy and efficiency and hence the customer wanted to automate the process. Mahindra Satyam's role involved studying the existing process and identifying a solution that would capture visuals, fixtures details and the items to be placed on the fixtures. These were identified to be necessary for the generation of a floorset document.
