VoIP Security - Methodology and Results

As VoIP products and services increase in popularity and as the "Convergence" buzzword is used as the major selling point, it's time that the impact of such convergence and other VoIP security issues underwent a thorough security review. This paper discusses the current issues in VoIP security, explain why the current focus is slightly wrong, then detail how to effectively test the security of VoIP products and services. With examples of real life vulnerabilities found, how to find these vulnerabilities and why many of them shouldn't be there in the first place.
