Web Server Performance Evaluations Under Workloads with Different Parameters
This paper focuses on different parameters in benchmark which are used to evaluate the web server performance under load. The authors use real data requests for different times (more than 20 tests) with web servers; they monitoring the web servers under load based on their behaviors under parameters which are: CLICK clicks and USER. They build their results on the web server behaviors by depending on their observations. They use different kinds of criteria like click times & errors (per URL); Hits/s; time of all URL; open request and traffic. They describe the results in tow situations (heavy/light workload) and its effects on the web server factors like: open requests; network traffic [kbit/s].
