Yum! France Expands Its Performance Analysis Capability for Its Two Major Restaurant Brands

Yum! France owns the Pizza Hut and KFC brands in France and is part of the worldwide Yum! group which was spun off from Pepsico in 1997. Yum! France wanted to enable common financial consolidation for the Pizza Hut and KFC brands and improve precision and flexibility for tracking financial performance and budgets. Yum! France created a single consolidation process with Oracle Essbase, replacing separate consolidations under Hyperion Enterprise and joint consolidation via Excel and standardized charts of accounts for both brands.
