Job Title : Chief of Staff for Fixed Income IT

Andrew Mullock has been with BNP Paribas since 1996 during which time he has held several senior application development positions in capital markets. He became CIO for BNP Paribas in 2006 before recently becoming chief of staff for fixed income IT.

Over the past year, Mullock has overseen a transformation of the IT function, including a new IT strategy which encompasses greater creativity and innovation, improved communication and using tech where relevant in fixed income products.

The aim for Mullock is to use tech as a way of gaining a competitive edge, improving service levels and reducing processing costs.

Before joining BNP Paribas, Mullock worked for JP Morgan and HSBC.
