Job Title : Corporate Director of Business Change

Organization : Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council’s corporate director of business change, returns to the CIO50 for the second year in a row. Glyn Evans has spent almost three decades working in local government IT – including both support and management roles.

Evans joined Birmingham City Council in late 2003, as its director of business solutions and IT – spearheading a business transformation programme aimed at cutting IT costs and boosting staff productivity.
