Job Title : Director of IT & Business Services

Organization : Camelot

Neil Kellar is director of IT and business services for Camelot, operator of the UK’s National Lottery, where he’s responsible for all aspects of technology service and operations. He’s also a member of Camelot’s operating board, and sits on the Euro Millions Management Committee and the World Lottery Association’s Security, Audit and Risk Committee.

This included replacing all Camelot’s main gaming systems, its web platform, retailer terminals and the comms network.

Prior to joining Camelot, Kellar was CIO for an IT outsourcing business. He spent the early part of his career within the Pearson Group for Penguin Books as general manager – service delivery, as well as working in operations at HSBC.
