Mittu Sridhara is group CIO at gaming and betting firm Ladbrokes. He featured in the top 50 of the CIO50 list in 2010.

Under Sridhara’s leadership, Ladbrokes recently won the Future Mobile Award for Mobile Betting, for its innovative Kickoff app.

Sridhara has built a career leading and delivering technology-enabled business transformation. Before joining Ladbrokes, Sridhara was VP of technology and product marketing at Sabre Holdings.

He held the position of CIO at broadband telecoms company VersaPoint NV and was also group CIO at Avis Europe. At Avis, Sridhara reported directly to the CEO with a €75m profit-and-loss responsibility and a global investment budget of €55m.

In his spare time, Sridhara enjoys playing tennis, riding uphill on his bicycle and playing with the latest gadgets to “understand the DNA of technology-enabled customer experiences”.
