A quote from the news at DigitalMedia
Afterbuy is an all-in-one online sales tool for goods and inventory management, item listing, cross-selling and transaction and pre-sale management. Afterbuy can be connected to external services and business processes such as accounting software or shipping solutions of logistic services.
The acquisition adds to eBay’s strength in the German market. Acquisitions have not brought the best for eBay, which recently shaved off $1.43 billion from the value for Skype after the latter failed to meet expectations.
