I have installed a Hyper-V Server, now what?

Now that I have a "bare bones" Hyper-V Server installed, how do I manage it? Steven Warren has created a gallery to guide you visually through the steps.

Now that I have installed a Hyper-V Server, how can I manage it? There are three ways to manage your Hyper-V Server:

Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008
Full installation of Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V Manager
Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 with the Hyper-V Manager update installed
