Motorola Droid: Hands-on photos

Motorola's Droid may not slay the iPhone but it might make Verizon customers with iPhone envy very happy. Check out some hands-on photos.

Verizon and Motorola officially unveiled the new Droid smartphone device on October 28th at an event in New York. The Droid should be available starting November 6 for $199 with a two-year contract. TechRepublic’s Jason Hiner has written a first-hand review of the Droid, as has ZDNet’s Andrew Nusca. CNET’s News.com has published this report.

As my recent post about an IT department choosing the iPhone as their company’s mobile device stirred up a lot of debate, I thought everyone might like to see an alternative to the iPhone. Here are a collection of photos from Nusca’s review and News.com.
