Most PowerPoint slides use color, but you won’t always want to print them in full color. It’s a waste of expensive ink when you’re checking placement, content, and so on. How can you print color slides in black and white?
Last week we asked…
How do you disable Word’s Reading Layout when opening documents attached to email? Darryl, danidina7, claesseno8, and derwil had the right answer -– and you might be surprised at just how simple it really is. To prevent Reading Layout from kicking in when you open an email attachment, do the following:
- From the Tools menu, choose Option.
- Click the General tab.
- Uncheck the Allow Starting In Reading Layout option in the General Options section.
- Click OK.
Thank you to ru7of9 for including Word 2007 instructions: “If you have Word 2007, go to the Full Screen Reading view. In the upper right, click the down-arrow for View Options and click Don’t Open Attachments in Full Screen… .”
