It seems that the past trend of western companies

outsourcing IT to India

and of Indian workers migrating to the west is seeing a reversal.  The BBC reports

that India

is now attracting more western migrants than ever before—not only Airline

pilots and Company CEOs but now also managers and software engineers!  With the speed at which the Indian economy is

growing, many westerners are sensing opportunity and wanting to be a part of

the growth; as Indian companies are becoming stronger they are able to offer

salaries attractive enough to entice westerners.

There are apparently now more than 50,000 expatriates

working in India, most are

from the UK

and US.
