This year was a real roller coaster for me, professionally and personally. I am grateful that while the overall economy has continued to flounder, I continue to do well at my job and in my various other ventures.

At the same time, I’ve had a lot of challenges. A big challenge has been maintaining a number of projects that were passed on to me. My success has also come at the expense of my work/life balance, especially as we had another child over the summer.

All the same, 2011 has been one of my best years ever by most measures. Looking back, what was your biggest challenge for the year?
