The are a number of possible reasons why the text no longer fits
within your Access report label controls. For instance, you may have just
changed the fonts of your report labels from 10 to 12 points or the label size
picked by the Form Wizard is too small for your labels. While you could spend
time dragging one of the sizing handles of each control until it fits the text,
there are quicker ways to resize a report label.

Rather than dragging a sizing handle, double-click it
instead. This lets Access auto-fit the report label for you. Or, if you have a
number of report labels to resize, follow these steps:

  1. Press
[Shift] while you select each report label control you want to resize.
  2. Go to
Format | Size | To fit.

All the selected report labels will automatically resize to
fit the text.
