Yoggie, the company that previously launched the firewall hardware device, has announced a new version of its product.

An excerpt from USB Core:

After feedback from users, the new firestick pico was born. Bright orange, and no longer featuring extras such as anti-spam, intrusion detection, and content filtering, although the original fire walling and kaspersky’s anti virus suite, found on the pico are still present.

The good news is that this product focuses on the firewall (no extra anti-spam, content filtering software) and comes at a price of $119.

The no frills USB firewall runs on a 300 MHz processor. Also, the company behind the firewall won the award for Best of Innovations 2008 – Computer Accessories at CES 2008.
