Many IT pros have had experiences with a crazy boss. Maybe these bosses are power mad and think that they are the return of Caesar. Others might be deluded and confuse wishful thinking with having the necessary resources to do tasks. The list goes on and on. At the end of the day, most people find a way to escape, get rid of the boss somehow, or grit their teeth and bear it. I usually choose to leave; I am not big on fighting battles that I don't see any possible good coming from.
