Space.com: "A new study finds that
the supermassive black holes at the hearts of some galaxies are the
most fuel efficient engines in the universe."Trivia Geek reaction: "As I recall, the Romulans use forced quantum singularities
(AKA artificial black holes) as engine cores, rather than the
traditional dilithium-modulated matter/antimatter warp cores employed
by the Federation, the Klingons, and pretty much everyone else in the Star Trek galaxy. I guess the Romulans were an eco-friendly star empire."

- This guy remodeled his condo to look like the bridge of the NextGen Enterprise.
- TechProGuild's John Sheesley points out Google Mars' Trekworthiness: "You can even view the
future location of the Starfleet shipyards at UtopiaPlanitia." That's where the Enterprise-D and Defiant were built.
- Even Alias/Lost creator J.J. Abrams is getting the Star Trek bug, though I'm not the only one who thinks this could be a disaster of epic proportions.
