In this TEDxNASA talk, Dennis Hong reveals his lab's seven all-terrain robots, including the soccer-playing DARwin and the humanoid, and shares the five creative secrets to the lab's success. Hong is the founder and director of RoMeLa (Robotics & Mechanisms Laboratory), a Virginia Tech robotics lab. This 16-minute talk was filmed in September 2009, but it was just posted this month — perfect timing for National Robotics Week (April 10 - 18, 2010).
