CapGemini, a major consulting, technology, and outsourcing firm, announced success in the first enterprise-wide implementation of Google Apps Premier Edition.

Over 160 agents and supervisors at the Customer Care and Intelligence service of CapGemini were trained to use Google Apps Premier addition, which includes Gmail, Docs, Talk, Calendar, and Start Page.
At $50 per user annual fee, the Google Apps Premier edition comes at a much lower price than other office productivity suites. Advantages also include easier training and less complexity.
