Patch Tuesday is coming again in just a few days time. You might be pleased (or relieved) to know that there are only 5 bulletins this time around. Only one of them is critical, and this is pertaining to Windows 2000 only.
The four other updates, rated by Microsoft as "Important," affects Visual Studio, Windows Services for UNIX and Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications, MSN and Windows Live Messenger, and Windows SharePoint Server.
So, if your company do not run Windows SharePoint Server, you can probably rest easy this coming week. Although, depending on whether MSN/Windows Live Messenger is in use, your mileage might vary somewhat. Have a great week ahead!
