In January, I wrote about Word 2007's version of Full Screen. Unfortunately, it isn't a true Full Screen, so I advised you to add the old Full Screen command to the Quick Access Toolbar in Finding Full Screen view in Word 2007. It seemed like a reasonable alternative.
There's good news though—I recently learned of a keyboard shortcut that displays a traditional Full Screen in Word 2007. Press [Alt]+V, then U. There's nothing on screen but your document. To return to normal view, just press [Esc].
