In last week's challenge, we asked you to help a user who's set Word's reverse print option, but the printer doesn't seem to get the message! The user is adamant that the option is set correctly - so what's the problem. Barry (bhkolts) has the right solution. Most applications and printers support reverse printing. Setting this option in your application sends the document to the printer in reverse order. Unfortunately, if the printer's reverse print option is also set, it reverses what the application sent! In other words, the two options cancel each other out. The solution is simple - set one or the other, but not both.
