- In the Inbox, choose Page Setup from the File menu.
- Select Define Print Styles from the resulting submenu.
- In the Define Print Styles dialog box, choose the style you want for the default. Keep in mind that the printing default depends on the particular window you're in — it will be different for messages, calendars, tasks, and so on.
- Click Close
