Larger businesses and enterprises need serious applications to manage work-flow and processes. The software available via standard commercial (and in some cases non-commercial, open-source) routes aren't always up to the task. For those that require something bigger and something geared more toward larger organizations, Intuit has a solution for you.
Quickbase is a tool that is as flexible as it is large. Quickbase can help to collect, manage, and share your data as well as integrate into your pre-existing applications. Quickbase can be your project management software, your CRM/HRM/ERP software, and much more. And if one of the pre-existing template applications doesn't fill your needs, you can search the application library of customer-created applications, or you can build your own from scratch. If your enterprise has a need, Quickbase can most likely fill it.

Who's it for?
Quickbase is for any team or enterprise looking to seriously improve their work flow or the management of their data. Quickbase is an online database that can serve businesses in more ways than you have previously imagined.
What problem does it solve?
Workflow (and the management of customer and in-house data) is a crucial aspect of keeping an enterprise running smoothly. Quickbase can help you to manage: Projects, Sales, Customers, IT, Training, Resources, Services, Legal, Healthcare, Processes, SOX compliance, Real Estate, and much more.
- Simple to use Web-based interface
- Easy to understand application builder
- Lots of pre-built or customer-built applications to choose from
- Reliable hosting
- Integration into other Intuit applications
- Migrate spreadsheet or database data into applications
- Easy to use reporting
- Easy to follow Webinar training
The only real problem with Quickbase is the enormity of the application. Because this tool can do so much it is sometimes difficult to know where to start. If you have a very specific idea of what you need, that problem is somewhat alleviated. However, going in with a more general idea might have you scratching your head wondering "Where do I go from here?"
Bottom line for business
If your enterprise is in need of a one-stop shop, reliable, scalable tool for the management of data and work-flow, Quickbase is the ideal candidate. Just make sure you have a plan going in or you might find yourself unsure of where to begin. Quickbase can do just about anything that requires the management of data.
