Small businesses are big drivers of the world economy, but in IT they occasionally lag behind enterprises in deploying innovative new solutions that can transform the business. Cisco has launched a series of new initiatives to assist small business IT. This interview with Ian Pennell, the Senior Vice President of Cisco's Small Business Technology Group, explains the company's plans.
