Here's how to enable the Aurora Boot Screen in Windows Vista:
- Click on the start button, type "MSCONFIG" (without quotes) in the Search box, and press Enter
- Once the System Configuration tool loads, click the Boot tab
- Under Boot Options, check "No GUI boot"
- Click apply, OK, and then restart your computer to see the new boot screen
