Dell optiplex 320 won't boot

the system won't boot, what happerns is the system board light is on(amber). And the hdd and cd room are not responding.the psu has been change but still the same problem.Romoved the memory but no beeping sound and also remove the cpu but no sign. what do you think the course will be.

If you have removed and reseated all the motherboard components, the problem is most likely bad capacitors on the motherboard. Examine all the capacitors (the things that look like tin cans). If you see liquid on them or if the tops are not flat but protruding outward, they will need to be replaced. You will need to find a qualified electronics technician to do this work for you.
