Administrator trouble on TERM SERVER

By l.surey ·
I have set up a terminal server 2003 box to run one app to a remote site.

I have set up the GP to lock down the basics of the system and that is fine.

I am trying to get the box to run one specific app that was designed within the organisation whenever someone remotes on. This was set up through the "terminal services configuration/connection" settings under the RDP-tcp settings undwer the enviroment tab initail program is set to "Start the following program when the user logs on"

My problem lies with my ability to remote ono the server as administrator and work on the server without travelling physically to it. Is there any way of setting it, whether it be group policy or maybe another way, where the Administrator can get passed the initial program running?

Please help as I am stumped

Many thanks in advance
