Annoying wallpaper

By gabbleratchet ·
Whenever I boot up my PC, I get a flash of a wallpaper which is completely different from the theme I am using. Is there any way to eliminate this? I have no presets for individual users on this PC so I can not figure out how this wallpaper was set in there. I would appreciate any feedback.

I've been able to solve this issue on a few user systems by setting the wallpaper to None, doing a system reboot and then resetting the wallpaper to the one you want. Windows keeps registry entries for wallpaper as well as the backup wallpaper whichare cleared when setting the wallpaper to none.
