At what point will my harddrive be the slowest component in my system?

By bbsysadmin ·
I'm building a computer and so far my specs are:

Dell T7500 workstation
Genuine Windows(R) 7 Professional 64bit
Intel(R) Xeon(R) X5570 2.93GHz/8MB L3 Cache/6.4GT/s
12GB (6x2GB) DDR3 RDIMM Memory, 1333MHz, ECC
320GB SATA (7200RPM) Hard Disk Drive
1GB PCIe x16 nVidia Quadro FX3800, DisplayPort,DVI Capable

The computer will mostly be used for graphic design with CS4 and CS5 when it's released and I'm wondering if I should get a 10k SATA or need to step up to a 15K SAS drive? Or would a RAID0 SATA config be ok? Redundancy is not important
