      The IP address

of 192.168.1.2 has been assigned to your pc by the router you are using, the 55.95.x.x address was assigned to your internet connection by your internet service provider, this is done because it would be a serious security risk to broadcast the IP address of your computer on the internet, addresses beginning with 192 are reserved for private networks and are not and never will be broadcast on the internet. In your case I assume your gateway address is 192.168.1.1 and that is the address of your router on your home network.
Hope that clears it up for you
