Can 2007 MS Widows OEM be installed over 97 MS Windows, Professionl?

Can 2007 MS Office OEM be installed over 97 MS Office, Professionl? Will the Address Book contents be transferred in or lost?

  I think that 97 is too far removed from 2007 to be in the upgrade path.
  
  you can export your 97 Address book as a .csv and import it to a fresh install of 2007 as far as I know.
