CIsco VPN and Windows XP SP2

By toyzrus23 ·
I support users with laptops running XP SP2 and have recently started using Cisco VPN client version 4.0. The issue is no one can make a connection. The laptop will have a solid internet connection, but will be unable to connect to our network. I have tried ipsec over UDP and over TCP both with and without allowing local lan access and have had no success. I have even tried unchecking all of these choices and still no results. Will greatly appreciate some to help me solve this puzzle that I have.

I am using Cisco VPN Client on XP Pro Sp2 with no problems. When trying to connect what errors are you getting in the VPN Client Log? Do you any other clients that successfully connect?
