Converting Excel Sheets to Access

Hey guys, my company has several excel sheets that they use to calculate things such as payroll, job costing, etc. Recently, my company has been pestering me about converted all of these excel sheets into an access database. I'm pretty well-versed in access, but most of these excel sheets contain hundreds (if not thousands) of fairly complex excel coding.

So my question is, is there any semi-easy way of doing this? I've tried to map it out and can't seem to find any way to do this that wouldn't take an exorbitant amount of time, if it's even feasible at all.
