Does any know where I can find a copy utility to copy long file names for Windows 95 when booting from a DOS diskette?

Yup, enclose in quotes.

If the path includes long file names, include the whole thing in quotes, i.e.
"C:\Program Files\Netscape\longfilename.extension". I haven't tried this
on 95/98 but it work same/similar on Win NT (which is only dos v5 orso
I think). I have done CD with a quoted path.

If you are dealing with a file with an existing LFN then both the solutions above will work. LFN's by default have to file names, the one you see in windows and one for DOS 8.3 structure compatability (eg this is a LFN.TMP would be thisis~1.TMP in DOS).
Placing the directory in "" will work too in both Win95 and 98.
However if you are creating a file in DOS you are restricted to using the 8.3 structure.

Hope that helps you

I came up with my own solution. I used a DOS boot disk to connect to the network. I used ghost to copy the entire hard drive up to the network. This keeps the long file names. Then, I used Ghost explorer to open the Ghost image and extract what I needed. Thanks anyway guys.
