dead mobo?

i turn the power on.. fans and cpu run... 15-20 seconds later hard drives go on... bios not loading, no beeps, no display... help?!

system was running previously no problems (i wouldnt say no problems, well it ran)

Abit ka7-100 mobo
AMD k7-950mhz
512MB memory
ATI all in wonder Radeon video
20GB and 100GB WD drives
SB live! 5.1 sound
winXP

removed all devices ran with just different video card and memory.. same result

From the KA7 unoficial FAQ,

You may need to set the CPU speed manually in order to get stable booting.

What I have had to do;

Remove the CMOS battery, and unplug the power cord for about 1/2 hour.

Connect the power cord, and boot up.

Enter BIOS settings, and manually set the CPU clock.
FSB 100MHz, Multiplier 9.5X
RAM clock for either PC100 or PC133 SDRAM.

Plug in the CMOS battery.

Adjust your other CMOS settings.

Save and exit.
