EXTRA HARD DRIVE

CAN I INSTALL ANOTHER HARD DRIVE FOR MY CD-RW AND HAVE IT SET TO A MASTER AND SET THE CD-RW AS A SLAVE?.WOULD I HAVE TO GET A FASTER CHIP TO MAKE UP FOR HAVING TWO HARD DRIVES.AND WOULD I NEED MORE MEMORY.

You can install another hard drive. Put it on as a slave to the master hard drive. That way the data transfer will go to the cd-rw faster that if it was on the same controller port as the cd-rw.

If your cd-rw is working on your current configuration you do not need a faster processor, you do not need more memory, you do not need a magic wand.
