Firefox2 image-blocking routine. I invoked it but can't turn it off.

Within bwilmot's post about nepenthe0's annoying Roadrunner Cartoons, cmiller5400 mentioned the concept of blocking the images from Photobucket.

I found the desired listing within the Firefox2 right click menu - and removed ALL trace of Roadrunner & Wile E. Coyote. Then it dawned on me that I wouldn't be able to see any of the much-vaunted comic pictures as featured in the Friday Yuk, so went off to disable the said routine.

But I can't find it !!

It's not in the right-hand-click menu, it's not in the Add-Ons dialogue box, it's nowhere in the Toolbars.

Anyone know how I can enjoy the Friday Yuk and just utilize the block for reading illustrated tech posts??

I read it in '76.
One of my favorites!
It came at a time when the philosophy was very relevant in my life. ...and I guess some of it is always relevant.

Now I wish I knew what box it is in.

And what is wrong with Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance?

Even my very young Daughter In Law has read it and she wasn't born in the 70's.

BAD BAD Mycroft pulling down a Classic next you'll be attacking Jonathon Livingston Seagull and be insisting that the Answer isn't 42.

I was one of those 8 million who downloaded and installed Firefox 3 on the Day.

Granted I only downloaded it 3 times once for the Windows Platform, once for the Linux Platform and once for the Mac as I though while I'm here What the **** OK so I didn't really need the Mac version right away but the next day some person wanted it so I had it available immediately.

The other 8 computers that it is currently being tested on seem to be working perfectly while the main one which I made the mistake of adding another DVD Burner to and upping the RAM to 2 GIG from 1 GIG is now a pitiful mess that is insisting it that has now suddenly acquired more hardware while retaining the drivers for all the existing hardware.

I really am beginning to actively hate windows and everything connected with it.

What is the point of those little " <Typo> " things. I have seen you and others write other things before.

It just means

that you are being curtious and acknowledging the fact that you have made changes to the post.
It is fine as far as I am concerned if you are posting an answer.
But if it is the Original Question that has been Posted, well that is another story. X-(

It means.....

by ThumbsUp2 In reply to What is the point

The post was originally written in an obscure language known only to those of us who've been around for a while, called TYPO. We can't run it through the Interpreter or Speel Chucker until we've hit the submit button and posted it. Then, we edit the post and paste what the Interpreter and Speel Chucker spits back out in place of the original text so that others can read and understand it.

When you get to be our age, you'll have learned to read and understand TYPO. It's not hard to learn. It's much like Pig Lattin!

I couldn't have put it anywhere near as good myself - without <Typo>!

I should have taken Tumbleweeds advice and told the truth about <Typo>
Well the secrets out now and the younger generation have been enlightend.
Remember when you were going to ask that hot chick for a date and were too embarrassed?
Well when you get to our age you don't get embarrassed.
