Forward email to a network share

By sfisher ·
Does anyone know if it's possible (and how exactly) to forward/route an email address in Exchange 2003 to a network share folder?

We've used public folders for this but now we need the emails to route to a network folder.

Also, can just the attachment of an email be routed to a network share?

TIA!
Susan

Save emails to network folders with eFiler

Hi Susan, we have a product called eFiler that saves emails from Outlook into network folders. You can use this along with the eFiler Cloud Sync feature and Outlook rules to automatically file emails into network folders. We are currently working on a rules feature which will further enhance this and allow you to deploy eFiler (and Outlook) rules to all machines across your network. Please message me or make contact if you want more information but feel free to download the free trial.
