PING

Part Image is Not Ghost.

This program is free and it copys the partition to another partition even if its on another drive. I use it for when I sysprep my xp build and stick it on a DVD with a few bottable files from the software and it is like a recovery disk where the OS is stored on the DVD itself.

Works really well.

The tree structure in threads.

by Ron K. In reply to Re: same issue

I think that you're stymied by the maximum message level as this isn't the first time I've seen you post to the left.
Think of it as a directory tree. If you want to reply to a message that is at the maximum message level (or whatever it's called) simply go to the message above it that's not at the maximum level and reply to it. Your message will appear as the last message underneath that, on the right-hand side.
Usually folks put a reference to the person they're taking to in the post title because sometimes there can be several people posting in the linear thread.
If you know all of this and are just trying to confuse me, congratulations, you've done it.

1 of 3 worked!

by Snuffy09 In reply to Full backup solution

This morning i tried clonezilla again

Didnt have a lot of time so i tried to clone my flash drive to my external.

This time i did everything the same except at the end i selected to shutdown, not restart, then unplugged my flash drive and turned on the computer. I was then able to view all the data on my external that was cloned from my flash drive.

Will try to repeat the process to clone my secondary internal HD.

Thanks everyone for tips!
